Training:
- Home Inspection – Certified through Professional Home Inspection Institute (PHII). PHII follows the training standards set forth in the national standards. The 120-hour course exceeds the requirement for South Carolina.
- Pest Inspection/CL100 – Certified through the state of South Carolina.
- Mold Testing & Remediation – Certified through PMII (Professional Mold Inspection Institute) for testing and remediation of both residential and commercial properties.
- Commercial Inspection/Property Condition Assessment – Our PCA reports comply with industry standards based on ASTM E-2018- 15 requirements along with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae or HUD guidelines. Customized scopes are also available.
- Flood/Water Damage Restoration – Certified through ARS (American Restoration Systems) and follow the procedures set out by the IICRC.
- Radon Testing & Mitigation – Certified through NRSB/NRPP, the national radon boards.
- Methamphetamine & Clandestine – Clandestine drug lab decontamination certified and OSHA certified.
- We have a MINIMUM of a Master’s degree & 10+ years of field experience – You can rest assured that we are educated and certified to perform all of the services we offer.
